Troll Anims

Proof of concept for an arena boss intro.

Drool made in maya. Spit particles in niagara/unreal.

Ground cracks were made using houdini and then pushed to unreal. I built a parallax occlusion material to build it initially but thought it didn’t fit the stylized esthetic so removed that and used the houdini maps as a decal instead.

NOTES: Still needs work, not bad for a first pass with a rig I’m unfamiliar with. Want to add more weight, more fx (dust clouds, maybe another houdini pass for ground breakage, finger articulation, and Im not super stoked with the second hammer strike.

Otherwise Im pretty happy with the first pass.
